Q1: How to Get Trial Funds?

Trial funds can only be obtained by participating in our events. They cannot be manually claimed. Stay tuned to our event announcements and social media for your chance to earn trial fund rewards.

Q2: What Can I Do with Trial Funds?

Trial funds can only be used for designated futures trading. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used for other trading types. Please ensure you understand the rules before trading.

Q3: Do Trial Funds Expire?

Trial funds are subject to an expiration date based on the event’s rules. The event will specify the expiration date. Be sure to use them within the validity period, as the system will reclaim them once they expire.

Q4: Who Can Claim the Profits from Trial Funds?

You retain all profits earned from trading with trial funds, without any additional fees. In the case of losses, the trial fund balance will be used first until it is fully depleted.

Q5: How Do I Unlock the Trial Funds?

Trial funds do not require unlocking and can be used directly. You can participate in trades at any time within the validity period of the trial funds to enjoy a risk-free experience.

Q6: Why Are My Trial Funds Reclaimed?

If the trial funds are not used before the expiration date, the system automatically reclaims the remaining balance. To avoid this, please plan your trades accordingly before the funds expire.

Q7: How to Confirm Trial Fund Usage in An Order?

Trial funds are used first as margin if available in your account, and this will be reflected in your position details.

Example:

If your futures account has 100 USDT, including 20 USDT in trial funds, and you open a position with a 50 USDT margin, the system will prioritize using 20 USDT from trial funds and 30 USDT from your own balance.

Q8: Why Is My Account Balance Becoming Lower After Using Trial Funds?

If the trading loss exceeds the trial fund balance, the system will deduct the excess loss from your account balance.

Example:

  • If your loss is 30 USDT and the trial fund balance is 20 USDT, the remaining 10 USDT loss will be deducted from your account balance.

  • If the loss is less than the trial fund balance, the system will first deduct the loss amount, and the remaining trial funds will be reclaimed.

Q9: What Are the Restrictions on Trial Funds?

  • One-time use: Once used, trial funds expire after closing the position and cannot be reused.

  • Cross margin mode: Trial funds can only be used in cross margin mode and cannot be used in isolated margin mode.

  • Restriction on hedge trades: Trial funds are only valid for one-way trades (buy long or short). Reverse positions are not supported.

Q10: How Will I Be Notified of Trial Fund Events?

The platform will inform you about trial fund activities through emails, system messages, announcements, and other channels. Make sure to check official announcements or your account messages regularly to avoid missing the opportunity to receive trial funds.

Q11: Can I Withdraw Profits Generated from Trial Funds?

The profits generated from trial funds can be withdrawn, but you must complete the KYC verification, and your futures account deposit balance must be greater than the trial fund earnings you want to withdraw.
